Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work Yardley Church from Stoney Lane (illustrated); and Clock Mill, near Beddgelert, North Wales by John Keeley for GBP 312.00 (€ 470.74). This price was achieved in the auction The Lyndon Goodwin Harris Collection of Watercolours by Albert Goodwin, Joseph Edward Southall & Other Artists at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by John Keeley - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Collecting the hay (illustrated); and Bridge over the Cole, which sold at auction in January 2007 for GBP 840.00 (€ 1,267.37).

Im Januar 2007 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Yardley Church from Stoney Lane (illustrated); and Clock Mill, near Beddgelert, North Wales von John Keeley für GBP 312,00 (€ 470,74) erwerben.
