Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2010 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by John Kalamaras for USD 125.00 (€ 95.65). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Kalamaras achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in July 2010 with an auction result of USD 2,000.00 (€ 1,530.34).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2010 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von John Kalamaras für USD 125,00 (€ 95,65) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.500,00 – 2.000,00.
