Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 657.25 (€ 983.84). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by John Henry Boel - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Highland cascade, which sold at auction in March 2004 for GBP 1,912.00 (€ 2,862.09).
