It changed hands for a price of GBP 456.00 (€ 661.42) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Admittedly, works by John Henry Boel have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Highland cascade in March 2004 with an auction result of GBP 1,912.00 (€ 2,862.09).
