However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by John Boultbee - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mambrino, a grey stallion in a wooded landscape, which sold at auction in May 2003 for GBP 11,950.00 (€ 16,649.36).
