Estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2006 Ketterer held the auction Alte und Neuere Meister / Maritime Kunst, which included the work Winterlandschaft by Johann Jungblut. Here, the estimate of EUR 1,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,071.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Johann Jungblut achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A winter landscape at dusk with figures fishing on the ice in October 2000 with an auction result of NLG 40,957.00 (€ 19,658.01).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2006 führte Ketterer die Auktion Alte und Neuere Meister / Maritime Kunst durch, in der auch die Arbeit Winterlandschaft von Johann Jungblut zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der Schätzpreis von EUR 1.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.071,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Johann Jungblut erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A winter landscape at dusk with figures fishing on the ice im Oktober 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von NLG 40.957,00 (€ 19.658,01).
