The price achieved of CHF 4,700.00 (€ 3,086.56) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CHF 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Landschaft Mit Eremit is the most expensive artwork by Johann Balthasar Bullinger that we have observed at auctions so far.
