In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work Several ships off the coast off Kronborg castle changed hands for DKK 2,100.00 (€ 281.72) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Johan Neumann have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Shipping off Copenhagen in December 2005 with an auction result of GBP 1,920.00 (€ 2,786.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Johan Neumann konnte im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia wechselte die Arbeit Several ships off the coast off Kronborg castle für DKK 2.100,00 (€ 281,72) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Johan Neumann auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Shipping off Copenhagen im Dezember 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.920,00 (€ 2.786,77).
