Auction result misses estimated price range
In December this year a collector was able to acquire the work A pheasant by Joachim Frederik Skovgaard for DKK 1,550.00 (€ 207.94). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 3,000.00 – 4,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joachim Frederik Skovgaard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A youth holding a branch, to the left two flying doves in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 9,500.00 (€ 8,302.74).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A pheasant von Joachim Frederik Skovgaard für DKK 1.550,00 (€ 207,94) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Joachim Frederik Skovgaard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A youth holding a branch, to the left two flying doves im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 9.500,00 (€ 8.302,74).
