Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work White book by Jing Zhiyong was sold in the No Regrets: 20th/21st Century Art Online auction at Christies in New York in October this year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 56,700.00 (€ 6,856.79). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jing Zhiyong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work White Tree (Painted In 2021) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 240,000.00 (€ 245,086.96).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit White book von Jing Zhiyong wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion No Regrets: 20th/21st Century Art Online bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 56.700,00 (€ 6.856,79) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jing Zhiyong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit White Tree (Painted In 2021) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 240.000,00 (€ 245.086,96).
