The work Cicada, Lotus and Willow by Jiang Tingxi was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2016. It achieved a price of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 60,928.34), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 39%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jiang Tingxi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Chinese Cabbage in May 2014 with an auction result of HKD 23,640,000.00 (€ 2,235,747.80).

Die Arbeit Cicada, Lotus and Willow von Jiang Tingxi kam im November 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 500.000,00 (€ 60.928,34) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 39%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jiang Tingxi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Chinese Cabbage im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 23.640.000,00 (€ 2.235.747,80).
