Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Early Summer by Jiang Pu was sold in the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2007. The price achieved of HKD 26,400.00 (€ 2,513.82) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 25,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jiang Pu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Scenes Of Dengwei Mountain in September 2016 with an auction result of USD 586,000.00 (€ 521,445.10).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Early Summer von Jiang Pu wurde im Mai 2007 in der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 26.400,00 (€ 2.513,82) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 25.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jiang Pu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Scenes Of Dengwei Mountain im September 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 586.000,00 (€ 521.445,10).
