Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2013 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century Chinese Art, which included the work Missing Her Mother by Jiang Guofang. The price achieved of HKD 475,000.00 (€ 46,497.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 380,000.00 – 580,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jiang Guofang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dream Of Spring In March (Triptych) in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 7,280,000.00 (€ 841,354.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2013 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Missing Her Mother von Jiang Guofang zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 475.000,00 (€ 46.497,19) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 380.000,00 – 580.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jiang Guofang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dream Of Spring In March (Triptych) im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 7.280.000,00 (€ 841.354,60).
