Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Court Lady by Jiang Guofang was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2007. The price achieved of USD 58,600.00 (€ 41,212.46) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jiang Guofang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dream Of Spring In March (Triptych) in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 7,280,000.00 (€ 841,354.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Court Lady von Jiang Guofang kam im September 2007 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 58.600,00 (€ 41.212,46) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jiang Guofang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dream Of Spring In March (Triptych) im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 7.280.000,00 (€ 841.354,60).
