Auction result well in line with expectations
In February this year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Dawn of Spring – Chinese Paintings Online, which included the work Fishing by Jia Youfu. The price achieved of HKD 27,720.00 (€ 3,331.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 20,000.00 – 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jia Youfu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sunglow Over The Land in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 2,336,400.00 (€ 270,019.35).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar diesen Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Dawn of Spring – Chinese Paintings Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fishing von Jia Youfu zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 27.720,00 (€ 3.331,00) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 20.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jia Youfu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sunglow Over The Land im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.336.400,00 (€ 270.019,35).
