Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy Couplet In Lishu by Ji Shouzheng was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. The price achieved of HKD 47,500.00 (€ 5,351.59) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Other works by Ji Shouzheng have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2015 the work Eight-Character Couplet In Bronze Scription was auctioned for HKD 63,250.00 (€ 7,309.85).

Die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Lishu von Ji Shouzheng kam im April 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 47.500,00 (€ 5.351,59) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Ji Shouzheng konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2015 die Arbeit Eight-Character Couplet In Bronze Scription für HKD 63.250,00 (€ 7.309,85) versteigert.
