Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2020 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Urban & Pop Contemporary, which included the work Worth The Wait - 2016 by Jerkface. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 18,200.00 21% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Jerkface have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Homerbob Wave (Variant) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 119,700.00 (€ 122,237.12).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli 2020 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Worth The Wait - 2016 von Jerkface zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 18.200,00 und damit 21% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jerkface auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Homerbob Wave (Variant) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 119.700,00 (€ 122.237,12).
