In December 2008 Christies in London held the auction Important Portrait Miniatures and Gold Boxes, which included the work A pair of miniatures: a young lady, in slate blue décolleté dress with white embroidery decorating the ruched sleeves and double collar, white lace about the neckline, black satin stole, gem-set gold watch chain necklace, her chestnut hair dressed by Jeremiah David Alexander Fiorino. The price achieved of GBP 3,125.00 (€ 3,282.16) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00.
