Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work If You Cant Change the World, Change yourself by Jeppe Hein was sold in the Contemporary Curated auction at Sothebys in London in November 2021. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 16,380.00 (€ 19,231.66). Admittedly, works by Jeppe Hein have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 3-Dimensional Circle Illuminated in May this year with an auction result of USD 120,650.00 (€ 113,243.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit If You Cant Change the World, Change yourself von Jeppe Hein wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 16.380,00 (€ 19.231,66) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jeppe Hein auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 3-Dimensional Circle Illuminated im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 120.650,00 (€ 113.243,85).
