This artwork by Jenny Nyström achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in June this year. In the Important Spring Sale auction, the work Woman on a stroll sold for SEK 44,000.00 (€ 3,735.16) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jenny Nyström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Konvalescenten" (The Convalescent) in June 2015 with an auction result of SEK 800,000.00 (€ 86,426.39).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 76 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jenny Nyström erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Spring Sale wurde die Arbeit Woman on a stroll für SEK 44.000,00 (€ 3.735,16) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jenny Nyström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Konvalescenten" (The Convalescent) im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 800.000,00 (€ 86.426,39).
