Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Jenny Nyström could be acquired at Bukowski in December this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Important Winter Sale auction, the work The winter princess brings porridge to the gnomes changed hands for SEK 40,000.00 (€ 3,597.90) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 50,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jenny Nyström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Konvalescenten" (The Convalescent) in June 2015 with an auction result of SEK 800,000.00 (€ 86,426.39).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jenny Nyström konnte im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Bukowski für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Important Winter Sale wechselte die Arbeit The winter princess brings porridge to the gnomes für SEK 40.000,00 (€ 3.597,90) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jenny Nyström erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Konvalescenten" (The Convalescent) im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 800.000,00 (€ 86.426,39).
