Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Winter Night by Jenny Nyström was sold in the Important Winter Sale auction at Bukowski in December this year. The price achieved of SEK 110,000.00 (€ 9,894.23) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 100,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jenny Nyström have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Konvalescenten" (The Convalescent) in June 2015 with an auction result of SEK 800,000.00 (€ 86,426.39).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Winter Night von Jenny Nyström wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion Important Winter Sale bei Bukowski versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 110.000,00 (€ 9.894,23) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 100.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jenny Nyström auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Konvalescenten" (The Convalescent) im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 800.000,00 (€ 86.426,39).
