Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans Titre - 1992 by Jean Piaubert was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in March 2020. The price achieved of EUR 1,300.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jean Piaubert - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Genese I, Le Temps Du Soir, 1987, which sold at auction in October 2006 for EUR 4,541.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1992 von Jean Piaubert kam im März 2020 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.300,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Jean Piaubert mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Genese I, Le Temps Du Soir, 1987 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2006 für EUR 4.541,00 versteigert wurde.
