Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Jean Piaubert achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in June 2018. In the Summer Sale auction, the work Testament 1994 sold for EUR 101.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 50.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean Piaubert achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Genese I, Le Temps Du Soir, 1987 in October 2006 with an auction result of EUR 4,541.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jean Piaubert erzielte im Juni 2018 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Summer Sale wurde die Arbeit Testament 1994 für EUR 101,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 50,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean Piaubert erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Genese I, Le Temps Du Soir, 1987 im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 4.541,00.
