Auction result well in line with expectations
The work French Le Chemin De La Maloche by Jean-Paul Laurens was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2009. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,801.00) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Jean-Paul Laurens have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2017 the work Vive Le Roi was auctioned for USD 16,250.00 (€ 15,054.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit French Le Chemin De La Maloche von Jean-Paul Laurens kam im Juni 2009 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.801,00) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Jean-Paul Laurens konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Januar 2017 die Arbeit Vive Le Roi für USD 16.250,00 (€ 15.054,66) versteigert.
