Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2013 Artcurial held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Femme A La Lecture by Jean Misceslas Peské. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,377.00. Admittedly, works by Jean Misceslas Peské have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nude in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 27,720.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2013 führte Artcurial die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Femme A La Lecture von Jean Misceslas Peské zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.377,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jean Misceslas Peské auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Nude im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 23.750,00 (€ 27.720,50).
