A top price for Jean-Luc Moerman - as previously expected
In December this year Bonhams in Brussels held the auction Belgian and contemporary art, which included the work Champs d'impacts Mutants by Jean-Luc Moerman. The price achieved of EUR 10,240.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Champs d'impacts Mutants is the most expensive artwork by Jean-Luc Moerman that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in Brüssel die Auktion Belgian and contemporary art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Champs d'impacts Mutants von Jean-Luc Moerman zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 10.240,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Champs d'impacts Mutants das teuerste Kunstwerk von Jean-Luc Moerman, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
