Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Montmartre Sous La Neige by Jean François Raffaëlli was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2020. It changed hands for a price of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 20,649.88) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean François Raffaëlli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Place De L'Opéra, Paris in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 1,650,500.00 (€ 1,266,109.24).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Montmartre Sous La Neige von Jean François Raffaëlli kam im Juni 2020 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 20.649,88) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00.
