The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 7,000.00 – 10,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 7,560.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, ODALISQUE WITH A SLAVE is the most expensive artwork by Jean-François-Armand-Félix Bernard that we have observed at auctions so far.
