The work Les enfants sur la route, 1932 by Jean-Emile Laboureur was sold in the Prints & Multiples Online auction at Bonhams in London in October this year. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 89.60 49% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean-Emile Laboureur achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Semaphore, 1923 in February 2007 with an auction result of EUR 73,993.00.

Die Arbeit Les enfants sur la route, 1932 von Jean-Emile Laboureur wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Prints & Multiples Online bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 89,60 und damit 49% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean-Emile Laboureur erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Semaphore, 1923 im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 73.993,00.
