Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Jean-Claude Novaro achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in July 2020. In the Michou Collection auction, the work Sans Titre - 2002 sold for EUR 845.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 300.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Jean-Claude Novaro; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Sans Titre, 1993 sold at auction in February 2008 with the realized price of EUR 1,487.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jean-Claude Novaro erzielte im Juli 2020 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Michou Collection wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre - 2002 für EUR 845,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 300,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Jean-Claude Novaro; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Sans Titre, 1993 im Februar 2008 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 1.487,00.
