Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Sans Titre - 1989 by Jean-Claude Novaro for EUR 390.00. This price was achieved in the auction Michou Collection at Artcurial in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 400.00 – 600.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jean-Claude Novaro - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sans Titre, 1993, which sold at auction in February 2008 for EUR 1,487.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1989 von Jean-Claude Novaro für EUR 390,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Michou Collection bei Artcurial in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 400,00 – 600,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Jean-Claude Novaro mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sans Titre, 1993 beobachtet, die im Februar 2008 für EUR 1.487,00 versteigert wurde.
