Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2004 a collector was able to acquire the work Débarquement de Napoléon by Jean-Charles Pellerin for USD 143.40 (€ 105.92). This price was achieved in the auction THE HOUSE SALE at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 500.00 – 800.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Jean-Charles Pellerin have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in December 2004 by the work Apothéose de Napoléon at USD 167.30 (€ 123.58).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2004 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Débarquement de Napoléon von Jean-Charles Pellerin für USD 143,40 (€ 105,92) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion THE HOUSE SALE bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 500,00 – 800,00. Andere Arbeiten von Jean-Charles Pellerin wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Dezember 2004 die Arbeit Apothéose de Napoléon mit USD 167,30 (€ 123,58).
