Auction result misses estimated price range

In the European Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture auction, the work A Windmill In An Early Autumn Landscape changed hands for USD 5,625.00 (€ 5,042.58) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jean Charles Cazin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work French Tending The Garden , which sold at auction in February 2019 for USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,083.66).
