The »bidding war« ended at EUR 563.00 41% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean Carzou achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Homme Costumé; Femme Costumée in May 2006 with an auction result of EUR 20,400.00.

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 563,00 und damit 41% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean Carzou erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Homme Costumé; Femme Costumée im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 20.400,00.
