Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,287.00. Admittedly, works by Jean Bertholle have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Neon - 1958 in October 2014 with an auction result of EUR 11,700.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Interieur Au Vase Blanc, 1990 von Jean Bertholle wurde im Juli 2012 in der Auktion Contemporary Art - Australian Aboriginal Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.287,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jean Bertholle auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Neon - 1958 im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 11.700,00.
