Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Aleric by Jean Bertholle was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in June this year. The price achieved of EUR 2,624.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jean Bertholle have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Neon - 1958 in October 2014 with an auction result of EUR 11,700.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Aleric von Jean Bertholle wurde im Juni diesen Jahres in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.624,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jean Bertholle auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Neon - 1958 im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 11.700,00.
