Die Arbeit Two gentlemen seated at a table, with female company von Jan Baptist Lambrechts kam im September 2006 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 1.920,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 60 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jan Baptist Lambrechts auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A family hunting group outside a Neoclassical mansion im Oktober 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 8.365,00 (€ 12.039,54).
