Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Jazeh Tabatabai achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Dubai in November 2017. In the Boundless: Dubai auction, the work Iranian untitled sold for USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,303.58) - well above the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jazeh Tabatabai have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in October 2019 with an auction result of GBP 50,000.00 (€ 57,996.41).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jazeh Tabatabai erzielte im November 2017 bei Sothebys in Dubai einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Boundless: Dubai wurde die Arbeit Iranian untitled für USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.303,58) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jazeh Tabatabai auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 50.000,00 (€ 57.996,41).
