Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Jaromír Funke could be acquired at Sothebys in London in May 2017 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The Discerning Eye: Property from the Collection of Eric Franck, Part I auction, the work 'Untitled (Children Playing)', 1920-1924 changed hands for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,158.49) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jaromír Funke achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Composition (From 'Abstraktnĺ Foto') in April 2011 with an auction result of USD 350,500.00 (€ 236,488.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jaromír Funke konnte im Mai 2017 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion The Discerning Eye: Property from the Collection of Eric Franck, Part I wechselte die Arbeit 'Untitled (Children Playing)', 1920-1924 für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.158,49) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jaromír Funke erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Composition (From 'Abstraktnĺ Foto') im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 350.500,00 (€ 236.488,77).
