A top price for Jan van Call the Elder - as previously expected
In July 2013 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master & British Drawings including French Masterworks from the Dormeuil Collection, which included the work View Of The Harbour Of Alexandria, Egypt by Jan van Call the Elder. It changed hands for a price of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,285.03) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 3,000.00 – 4,000.00.
