Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2008 Christies in Tel Aviv held the auction 19th & 20th Century Art at the Hilton Hotel, which included the work Seated Nude by Jan Rauchwerger. The price achieved of USD 4,000.00 (€ 2,569.37) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Other works by Jan Rauchwerger have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2008 the work Reclining Nude was auctioned for USD 6,875.00 (€ 4,939.29).

Im April 2008 führte Christies in Tel Aviv die Auktion 19th & 20th Century Art at the Hilton Hotel durch, in der auch die Arbeit Seated Nude von Jan Rauchwerger zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 4.000,00 (€ 2.569,37) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Jan Rauchwerger konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2008 die Arbeit Reclining Nude für USD 6.875,00 (€ 4.939,29) versteigert.
