It achieved a price of USD 185,000.00 (€ 142,198.31), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 23%. Admittedly, works by Jan Massys have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Susanna And The Elders in April 2016 with an auction result of USD 1,205,000.00 (€ 1,053,229.61).
