Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2014 a collector was able to acquire the work Battle scene by Jan Jacobsz. van der Stoffe for SEK 15,000.00 (€ 1,638.06). This price was achieved in the auction Classic Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 18,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Jan Jacobsz. van der Stoffe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Cavalry Skirmish in April 2008 with an auction result of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 11,951.80).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2014 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Battle scene von Jan Jacobsz. van der Stoffe für SEK 15.000,00 (€ 1.638,06) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Classic Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 18.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jan Jacobsz. van der Stoffe auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Cavalry Skirmish im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 11.951,80).
