The work A calvalry skirmish by Jan Jacobsz. van der Stoffe was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2012. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 2,500.00 – 4,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,296.74) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jan Jacobsz. van der Stoffe - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Cavalry Skirmish, which sold at auction in April 2008 for GBP 9,375.00 (€ 11,951.80).

Die Arbeit A calvalry skirmish von Jan Jacobsz. van der Stoffe kam im März 2012 bei Christies in London zur Auktion.
