Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A mountainous wooded river landscape with travellers on a road by Jan Hackaert was sold in the DUTCH, FLEMISH AND GERMAN OLD MASTER DRAWINGS auction at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2000. Here, the upper estimate of NLG 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for NLG 5,616.96 (€ 2,631.46). Admittedly, works by Jan Hackaert have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Wooded Landscape With A Shepherd And His Herd On A Path, Near A Puddle in May 2008 with an auction result of EUR 13,450.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A mountainous wooded river landscape with travellers on a road von Jan Hackaert wurde im November 2000 in der Auktion DUTCH, FLEMISH AND GERMAN OLD MASTER DRAWINGS bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von NLG 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für NLG 5.616,96 (€ 2.631,46) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jan Hackaert auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Wooded Landscape With A Shepherd And His Herd On A Path, Near A Puddle im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.450,00.
