In October 2008 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction 19th CenturyEuropean Art, which included the work Pink, purple and white columbines by Jan Bogaerts. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 22,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 22,500.00. Other works by Jan Bogaerts have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 38,400.00 in October 2006 for the work A colourful summer bouquet.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2008 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion 19th CenturyEuropean Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pink, purple and white columbines von Jan Bogaerts zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 22.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 22.500,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Jan Bogaerts haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 38.400,00 im Oktober 2006 für die Arbeit A colourful summer bouquet beobachtet.
