Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Peasants Making Merry Outside A Tavern by Jan Baptist Lambrechts was sold in the Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours auction at Sothebys in Amsterdam in March 2007. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,040.00. Admittedly, works by Jan Baptist Lambrechts have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A family hunting group outside a Neoclassical mansion in October 2004 with an auction result of GBP 8,365.00 (€ 12,039.54).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Peasants Making Merry Outside A Tavern von Jan Baptist Lambrechts wurde im März 2007 in der Auktion Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours bei Sothebys in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.040,00 einen neuen Besitzer.
