Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Gronings Landschap Met Blauwe Kar by Jan Altink was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in Amsterdam in June 2008. The price achieved of EUR 12,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jan Altink have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Hooiers in December 2006 with an auction result of EUR 96,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Gronings Landschap Met Blauwe Kar von Jan Altink wurde im Juni 2008 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 12.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jan Altink auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Hooiers im Dezember 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 96.000,00.
