The work Lady by Jamian Juliano-Villani was worth HKD 2,125,000.00 (€ 240,700.65) to a buyer in December 2021. This price was achieved in the auction 20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 200,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Jamian Juliano-Villani; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Heat Wave sold at auction in June 2021 with the realized price of HKD 3,150,000.00 (€ 342,171.67).

Die Arbeit Lady von Jamian Juliano-Villani war einem Käufer im Dezember 2021 HKD 2.125.000,00 (€ 240.700,65) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 200.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Jamian Juliano-Villani; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Heat Wave im Juni 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 3.150.000,00 (€ 342.171,67).
